Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Expense Tracker mobile and web application ("the App") provided by Meraxes Global ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
The App is a personal finance tracking tool that allows you to log, categorize, and analyze your income and expenses. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Use the App to store or transmit any malicious code or harmful content.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Your Data
You retain full ownership of the financial data you enter into the App. We do not claim any ownership over your transaction data, categories, or any other content you create.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. The App is a tracking tool — it does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice.
4. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the App's settings. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible — all your data will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account.
5. Service Availability
We aim to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meraxes Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or financial loss.
8. Changes to the App or Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App, or to update these Terms, at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
